Positive Change Coaching will help you create a plan for change and then work with you to make it happen. For some people that will mean drinking less, doing less drugs, or indulging less in whatever their bad habit happens to be. For others it will mean working to bring the whole thing to a halt. You collaborate with your coach to make a plan that is realistic, scaled to your strengths and needs, and that can be started on today.

The Positive Change Coach will help you:

  • Go over and understand your Self-Led Assessments

  • Measure how much you drink/do drugs now

  • Set targets on where you want to get to

  • Create strategies with you that will help you realize your goals

And the Positive Change Coach will be a support and a guide if the road gets difficult or confusing. We know that each person has his or her own quite different expectations, hopes, and pace of change. Some people like to work with written logs while others prefer to do without that. Flexibility, patience and persistence will always bring you the best results, and we are ready to exercise those same virtues too.
